materials. The synthetic substrate backing and uniform velveteen
nap give a firm pad with excellent curve reproduction capabilities.

polish to the lens surface ensuring superb results. It also benefits from
our unique backing and adhesive technology, making it suitable for
use on all lap types, while absorbing any minor defects in the surface
of the tool.

A new polishing pad developed specifically for the latest
generation of Hi-Index and polycarbonate lenses. The cotton
twill backing and the uniform nap length give a firm pad with
the excellent curve reproduction capabilities. The Peach pad is
particularly suited for use after one-step fining and direct to
polish operations on both polycarbonate and Hi-Index lenses.

The Rose pad incorporates new unique flock length technology. The
nap on this pad is very soft and flexible and not of a uniform length. It
allows a far greater flow of polish to the surface of the lens and pad,
increasing dramatically the amount of polish at the lens surface during
the polish cycle. Rose is suitable for use with all types of lens materials
and machinery but is especially suited for labs that run high percentage
of Hi-Index, polycarbonate, Trivex, and AR coated lenses. It provides
outstanding results when run on the latest ‘direct to polish’ equipment.
